Tried a muscle up? A bodybuilder learning from a gymnast...

he looks abit unco cause he isnt used to it. the other guy already adapted, i reckon give the muscleman 3 months he would be good at it and smooth. i like the muscle up into a hanging leg raise into windscreen wipers been doing thems at the park 30 x 1 rep good fun :)

Well yes obviously anyone who trains at it would become adapted to it. Though even support is hella hard for this guy.

I want to be able to do muscle up to front lever but descending very slowly over the transition point is crazy hard.

I normally drop into L-sit instead.

I'm going to get a chin up bar to put outside, or build my own in the backyard. It's getting a bit stupid already doing chins with 50kg-60kg attached to me at 100kg bodyweight, pushing the limits of my doorframe.

Looking forward to trying these soon. Glad others liked the vid.

haha I would not trust a door frame with that! That most I've done with the roof frame one (but 4" sleeper in there) is about 130kg. Everything else is done on power rack.
