Training intensity

If you want great training intensity try banging your girlfriend then pulling out before you *** then immediatly attack the weights.

Probably best done at a home gym

Blue balls would severely limit my range of motion I'm afraid.
 
When I did 5/3/1 I'd always psyche up a lot for my major exercise. I'd have in my head how many reps Id do my last set for (eg, if it was the 5 rep day I'd aim to do 8 all week) and I'd go for broke.

I usually cruise a bit on assistance work though.
 
I believe you should train as you compete. If you get a little crazy when you compete- then you should do this in the gym. Personally, I try to stay calm and focus on what I am doing and I find getting all worked up is just too distracting and uses too much energy. When I get on the platform I tell myself 'just like training' and try to do everything the same. I think its when you start changing stuff that things go wrong. Just my approach. I do like music when I'm training- I also train pretty slow.
 
I try and give 100%. Always working to have a good set up. My team mates encouraging and pointing out where im going wrong. As I do to them.
