110kg jump squat and 80kg behind the neck push press

Going to be hitting these both hard as well as front squats in the next few weeks in prep for my push/pull

Good work fellas.

Wrapped squat 152.5 x 5
Paused squat 5 seconds: 122.5kg x 1
Front squat: 90x6. Getting more comfortable with the position...should see a few nice higher intensity pbs in the coming weeks.
