Olympic front squat - 110kg
Power clean - 80kg
Ohp - 60 x 3

All done with good speed/form with plenty left in the tank - enjoying going up in small increments and being able to look forward to an easy PB in something pretty much every time I train.
 
Squatted 300 at 6am this morning :)

Best raw is 265, best in single ply is 270. Ill be doing states in single ply, aiming for 325 squat, 180+ bench and 315 raw deadlift.
 
Was that raw or single ply man
Looked raw, coming out the hole seemed painful lol
 
Bench 167.5 T & G

Heaviest bench I have done in over a decade. Done at 95.5 bwt, after a week on the road. (200 was my all time best touch and go and 185 in competition form).
