Just feels right for me and is in my routine. That is the point that I take my breath and lock my rib cage down (lat and core tightness).

Have to learn how to do it from the bottom as well though when hands are fried and have to use straps.

Sit down into a clean position so your torso is vertical. You should be able to get roughly the same feeling.

Physio says nothing close to 90deg hip flexion for me. I would have tried that though.

Deficit deads 140kgx21
Incline bench 50x15 (for 5 sets) And no shoulder pain YEW!
 
Hit a squat PB today, 142kg. Its my first time getting 140kg, which has been a goal for a long time.
