I had a good workout this morning.

Squats included 112k 3, 3, 4. I've squatted this weight before, but not for so many reps.

Then bench presses, including 100k for 3 reps - a PB for reps at this weight - then a single rep of 108kg, which is a PB in terms of weight.

Was quite surprised, as I was pretty tired, and a bit crook, yesterday.

Nice, are you finally healed up enough to start lifting heavy again?

Sort of :p Upper back is feeling better than it has in ages and the shoulder feels a little better also.

Back still doesn't like to be loaded up for squatting though so that is all still out. Left arm is able to be used for rows and deadlifts as long as I am SUPER strict on keeping lats tight as fark. If there is any forward movement of the humerus (even without weight) it fucking hurts. 2 months til surgery.
