Strength training. What to do on off days?

If you gain your strength you should join a gym and use a better nutrition for this purpose. body building can increase your strength.

If you want to increase your strength you should join a gym or fitness club for the purpose of making healthy body.if you must train I would suggest some light cardie and core stuff which will help on your lifting days.

When i was strength training i had a lot going on outside the gym:
- Surf boat training 3 times a week in the mornings
- Martial arts once a week
- cardio 3 times a week in the evening, usually an RPM Les Mills class. 50 minutes they go for, they are sweet.

Also went for a swim once a week too, usually on Sundays.

variety was always good and did it for years.
