I just think the barbell curl is a great finisher at the end of a fullbody workout, if you can do more than two sets you haven't worked hard enough.
I find ez bar hurts my elbows after a few uses.
i dont like the position of my arms on the preacher, too low, i thnk one should sit lower, so the elbow is a tad above the shoulder.
