I just think the barbell curl is a great finisher at the end of a fullbody workout, if you can do more than two sets you haven't worked hard enough.

I find ez bar hurts my elbows after a few uses.

i dont like the position of my arms on the preacher, too low, i thnk one should sit lower, so the elbow is a tad above the shoulder.
 
the heavier i went with bi's was not really the better.

i dont really ever curl anything above 40kg for standing bb curls. i just find other ways to make the weights i use more challenging.

at the moment just working standing ez-bb curls with db hammer curls non-stop until they're toast then finish off with one big-ass set of concentration curls.
