another new girl who used to do crossfit has signed up to the gym now.

Apparently it wasnt making her stronger and there seemed to be no structure.

What a load of crap.
Here's a story for you.

Xfitter walks into strength GYM. Has lifts tweeked. Pushs out an almost single bodyweight bench press after bench pressing only 4 times in life. 4 weeks later pulls double bodyweight deadlift. 9 weeks later squats national record.

Crossfitters make awesome PL's.

Meanwhile your little korean girls are squatting 30kgs...
