Protein Pancake

That should do the job. Lately though, I've been using one serve of orgrans buckwheat pancake mix which is only 89cals (can't remember macros) & 2scoops of casein, 4 egg whites and enough skim milk to get the correct consistency. These turn out with "normal" pancake texture. I did add coconut oil to my last ones but only 1/2 tbspn so was just a hint of coconut with vanilla flavour.

Cool I'll give it a shot on Saturday. I'll prob only use 20-30mls of coconut oil. I don't really want to use any 'flour' if possible.

not even coconut flour or almond flour? I've used coconut flour before and it was good :)
If needed I will try it with one of them at a later date :) Do you think it will be doable with out 'flour'?

Just like the idea of a 'flourless' protein pancake ;)

yeah I've done it before minus the flour and it's fine but not "legit" pancake texture. Well, I couldn't quite get them fluffy enough for me. I'll still do them when I want something lower carb though.

Yeah ok I'll let you know who it comes up. Hoping the cream gives it a bit of volume etc.

You two should do your own BB Cooking show on community TV...

"JZ and Mackthie's Hour of Flour"
