Post Your Leg Workout

Since I train at home and have no access to machines I was just squatting 3 times per week

Now I'm doing.

Squat x 4 sets
Barbell Hack Squats x 3 sets
Lunges x 3 sets (if still energetic)

RDL x 4 sets
Leg Curls x 3 sets
 
Walking into the gym to do arms - theres a slight hill gives the calfs a good workout.
 
squats - pyramided ( if thats a word )
lunges
soon to be added are front squats and KB thrusters
 
Leg Ext-2 sets-warm up
Squats-3 sets
45 degree leg press-4 sets (alternate with hack squat every other week)
*Last set drop set
Leg extension-s'set with d/b lunges

Lying leg curls (x4 sets-1st warm up)
Stiff leg d/lift (x4 sets)
Standing leg curls (x3 sets-drop set on last)

Seated calf raise (x2 warm up, x4 working sets)
Standing calf raise (x3 sets)
 
Leg press, both legs and single leg
SLDL
Farmers walk up and down a flight of stairs
Lunges
front squats occasionally
 
I like doing A set of extensions to fatigue then straight to squats, 10, 8 and 6, then twenty rep's to a set of leg curls to mmf to finish the bastards off.
 
Squats 4 x 5
SLDL 4 x 8-12
Leg press 4 x 8-12
Hyper extensions 4 x 10

I train abs as well on leg days
 
Monday:

Squat: 1RM followed by downsets of 3
pressing
Deadlift: 1RM followed by downsets of 3

Tuesday:
Squat: 1RM followed by downsets of 3
pressing
Deadlift: 1RM followed by downsets of 3

Wednesday:
Squat: 1RM followed by downsets of 3
pressing
Deadlift: 1RM followed by downsets of 3

Thursday:
Squat: 1RM followed by downsets of 3
pressing
Deadlift: 1RM followed by downsets of 3

Friday:
Squat: 1RM followed by downsets of 3
pressing
Deadlift: 1RM followed by downsets of 3

Saturday:
Squat: 1RM followed by downsets of 3
pressing
Deadlift: 1RM followed by downsets of 3

Sunday:
No legs

Accessory work, PM workouts and upper back work not included

Leg extentions 3 sets of 15 reps supersetted with seated calves,
Leg curls supersetted with leg press 3 sets 15 slow reps
Arse to ground squats to finish off, usually can only do between 80 and 100kg

Migrating multiple fanny

Make sure to don't rest between the ext and squats, you can take a smoko between the twenty and leg curl.
Fuuuuaaaaarrrrrkkk yeah!
