Post Xmas Crash Diet

Nutritional Panel??

I didn't grab any but the same as the noodles I reckon. Per 100g 34kj/8cal, 5g of fibre, nothing (< 1g) of anything else. Might get some when I go shopping later. Will let you know if anything different.

Meanwhile at Summernats and doing RFL.
-Managed to avoid the Jack Daniels slushies.
-Found lean steak for my first meal.
-Managed to prepare my lunch of a salad and tuna.

My post christmas diet is going to not be giving a fuck for another week or so. No tracking, no nothing

I am starting my journey Monday. Title will be "project 115"

currently weighing 135kgs, thinking I will look pretty good at 115kgs (based on last time I dieted down)

planning fasted cardio every morning, weights 5 days per week, eating relativley low carb meals with moderate healthy fat meals 1-4, carbs at dinner, or before bed to help with my sleep challenges. Will target approx 2500-3000 cals dependant on exersize levels for the day.

i think I have adequate discipline, as long as my sleep and cortisol don't get too haywire.

Yep! Zero nutritional value. All fibre!
Tried some last night with my chicken breast and broccoli puree. I dry fryed them in the pan I just cooked my chicken breast in, that had a small amount of coconut oil residue and spices left over.

very enjoyable!

Glad you enjoyed them. They are a hidden gem!
