hot tip: don't cook them. Just break them up and put them in hot oats. The flavour mixes through and is delicious!

Or my other fav is to put some pb (or flavoured PB) and spread it on top. Put in the freezer for half an hour or so. Can double up if you want to for a pop tart sandwich :)

Cappuccino and toasted choc banana bread (recipe on choc chilli mango's blog).

Na surprisingly I actually found a good frozen supermarket pizza. Ristorante pepperoni-salami pizza.

They taste bloody good for a frozen pizza and only around 800 calories for the whole pizza.

80g wpc
250ml low fat milk

someone should make a protein pizza...

I think i remember listening to an interview with Arthur L Rae on Heavy muscle Radio last year ad he was talking about making a protein pizza through his brand of Supps, dont knwo if he ever did do it through.

Would be pretty awesome.....

Wonder how they would make it...some sort of Whey proteinn base with low carb/fat sauce and steak/chicken on it...dunno lol

yes that would be awesome but knowing supplement companies it would be ridicously expensive
 
ah well, until i find that protein pizza will have to settle for my cajun chicken breast with steamed brocolli and pumkin.
 
yep $40 a protein pizza sounds about right lol

8.4g protein not enough

i guess i could make my own pizza and just put loads of meat on.. doubt it would handle more than 150g before it is too much meat though
