I had sweet patatoe mashed, never having that shit again its awful and it gave me the shits. went bolting to the toilet at work my bowels felt like they were going to explode
 
today,meal 1: Pre workout ( 2 scoops oat powder & 2 scoops protein powder in 400ml milk)

post workout meal 2: 400 grams patatoe, 2 cans of tuna, tiny bit of salami, 2 cups of milk'

meal 3: protein/oats shake

meal 4: 4 eggs, 1 can of tuna, 200 grams of lentils, 4 pieces of toast 2 cups of milk

meal 5: 500 grams yoghurt protein shake

meal 6. 250g cottage cheese, 100 gram veggies, 1 cup of milk with 1 scoop of casein protein

Note:i dont normally have these many protein shakes its just due to work that i have 10 minute breaks and dont have time to consume whole foods

Late night snack..

105g of canned red salmon (only ate half a can coz it makes me want to spew)
Few baby spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes
Large glass of low fat milk

And earlier today I had..

1:
Porterhouse steak + stir fried carrots, beans, broccoli & mini-corn. All cooked in a bit of peanut oil

2 (pre-workout):
Banana + green tea

3 (post-workout):
30g WPI + milk

4:
130g tuna + banana

5:
Porterhouse steak + assorted salad, tomatoes & lebanese cucumber

Gonna be up late so might have another meal before bed :)
 
For dinner tonight I made myself a salad from Grill'd.

Rocket, beetroot, pineapple, dill pickles and custom sauce (a bit of tomato relish and harissa paste (hot as a mofo) with onions and chery tomatoes, cooked in an egg pan until bubbling).

Added a 110g chicken breast and 2 short cut rindless bacon rashers.

Tasty.
