i hope your joking about adding more to the shake hahaha...its supposed to be a commercial blender but has a hard time getting through all the stuff i throw in. Its already super thick (maybe i put a bit much fruit in there) but ye will think about throwing chia seeds in there. The only problem i find with the shake is that it makes me so full i struggle to eat like 4 hours later haha

cheers about the advice on psyllium husks. Do you know how that works? I would personally have thought it would improve absorption but never really thought about it.

Fibre, natures broom

bazza20: LOL@samboys :p

persistenttiger: I would have thought 1900 would be enough to gain slowly for you. How long have you been at that level for?

Dinner:
grilled chicken topped with avo and mustard sauce. Veggies and salad
choc/pumpkin cheesecake topped with white choc/ffgy mix.

Yeah wasn't ment to be having samboys but ran out of rice so I was happy with the swap. Do you think you can count potato chips as veggies. Lol.

I meant instead of the psyllium. It will taste better and be better for you nutritionally. They even contain protein.
Fibre is great for lots of things metabolically - I get around 35g daily but am aiming for more. I think I read that it was good to separate fibre supps from medicines by 2 hours.

Lol. Everybody else was doing it. I was feeling all left out. Is that Ok with you Andy.

Of course it is Bazza, I didn't know you were the sensitive type.

I still want to know your age.

Also, how many 10lte buckets could you fill in one hour, milking a cow by hand.

I've got a young bloke here that says he's done four.

Na mate not sensitive about it at all. I was just joking. There was no real reason for the photo.

Milking by hand. I'm not sure. Very rarely have to milk one by hand. It's a shit job, 1 hour would be tough work. I know my dairy can milk out about 6000lt in an hour, so I'm not going to worry what I can do by hand.

I thought this thread was for pics? Pics are more interesting than words. Maybe 1000 times more interesting?

bowl of alfredo pasta with large can tuna in oil, 2 small bowls egg noodles with oyster sauce, Promax protein bar and about 750ml pepsi max.
