Slept in today, day off.

0800 ... 6x weet-bix + milk + honey + banana, grainy bread toast with cup of baked beans, glass juice
1000 .. 3-egg omelette with grainy bread, apple
1200 ... [kettlebell workout for cardio]
1230 ... 1lt milk + 3 eggs + 100g milk powder, cup of almonds
1330 ... ~250g steak + salad
1530 ... bowl vegies
1900 ... ~250g fried chicken + ~500g roast potatoes + salad, ice cream

I might have some more potatoes later. Those are good.

Bread's good, too.
 
100g greek yoghurt
40g lean whey
20 ml macadamia oil
20 ml olive oil
1 tblesp natural peanut butter
= bout 700cal : ) i call it yopro
 
2 whole eggs, 300ml eggs whites, baby spinach, mushrooms.. small piece homemade protein bar.
NO BREAD

Looks good. You're very dedicated. I need to rediscover that. My eating is occasionally turning to shit.
 
I have lapses as well., but I also have periods where I don't, just need to make these longer hahahahaha.

Is that an entree? my 50kg GF would still be hungry after that!!!

I'm having a man sized breakfast / pre workout meal this morning.

4 whole eggs
2 x wholemeal toast (OH THE HUMANITY!!!!!!)
1 x tin of beans
750ml Milk

NOM NOMS!!!
 
Having said that my meals are not huge anyway. Still got a few more KG's to loose before new year then bulk again..............finally.
 
Almonds.

Does anyone else find when they eat oats they are hungry after no matter how many oats are consumed? I seem to eat mass amounts of oats these days. I dunno maybe I need to eat more vegeatbles maybe im missing some vitamin or something my body is craving???
