Last night, had pork shoulder marinated for 24hrs in a special blend of spices, then slow cooked for 10hrs, served with roasted veggies, was amazing.:)

Today already have potatoes, brown lentils, carrots, chorizo and brown onion, slow cooking in chicken stock with added apple cider vinegar and a little bit of brown sugar, been going since about 10:00am, should be ready around 6pm tonight.

Can't wait it's one of my favourite recipes. It's good with home made sour dough bread with real butter, not sure I I will be bothered with the bread though, will see if I have time to make it....

Unfortunately back to work tomorrow after a few days off so no more gourmet meals, back to basics.

But if you take the tasty you have nothing left. The you add the horrible, so of course it = disgusting.
