Facts and figures arn't a strong point with Micky.

I played footy last year. Injured this year.

That dinner is around 2000 calories. I'll basically lose weight on anything under 4000 calories a day.

Mick gets upset because he has metabolism of a 90 year old and that means everyone must be the same as him.

Where you cut on 10,000 calories and get fat when eating moderately.

If you are lucky he will post up a blurry photo of himself when he played footy in the 70's:D

Nope. I'll gain weight on 10,000 and lose weight starting around 4000 and below. Quite normal for an active person.

Not even born in the 70s.
