It does look tasty...but also looks like some gravity defying act with the bottom of the bun looking smaller than the top?

Went to buy a new BBQ today, and the stupid 'Specialist Dealer' did not have the one I wanted after driving 100km to their shop.

So ended up making and eating chicken stir fry for dinner, instead of my planned Gourmet Sausages with onion gravy, and BBQ corn on the cob...

reverse seared my steak tonight, sorry for the out of focus photo but it was so amazingly tasty so I had to post it

Lean chicken nachos.

I'm playing around with doing one meal a day. I'm liking the freedom it gives me for a big dinner and not going to bed feeling like I am dieting.

Just finished putting a steer in the freezer. It turns into quite a job by the time it's all done.

How's one feed a day treating you?

Yeah pretty good. Busy all day so easy to ignore any hunger. Could easily eat if I wanted but easy to push through.

Big feed at the end of the day makes it worth it. Doesn't feel like dieting at all.

Not sure if I'll do it long term but it's a good option at times.
