Peanut Butter

Health food shop near me basically grinds it up however you want it on the spot for ya, not too expensive compared to shop stuff either

Whoa I need to find a place that does that in Perth, I just want nuts spread, pure and simple.

Surely a health food shop would have something. They are full of heaps of other bullshit but that is one of the gold things they have, also some of the "healthy" chocolate is good

Find a shop (usually a health food shop) that has a peanut grinder. "Real" peanut butter is just ground peanuts. Nothing else.

The shit you buy in the supermarket has icing sugar added to it to sweeten it up. A guy at my gym is a food chemist, or whatever you call them. He said that not only do they add the sweetener but they also hydro the fats so that you don't get that 'yukky' oil floating on top.

One place I went to not only had a peanut grinder but also one with almonds in it. I shit you not, you would think you died and went to heaven with 14 virgins (preferably of the opposite sex).

Melrose have some nice ground nut products. Pricey but very yummy. Try the 3 nut mix. More addictive than crack.

Hell yeah! That's what I am going to do today. Call every health food joint around my area (saves me wasting time going and leaving empty handed) and ask if they do nut grinding - preferably mixed. The mixed ones taste awesome, I think I had one from Macros the other day and having almonds in there definitely makes a difference.

Every supermarket I went to in the US does this. So good!

Flannerys do it also and they also make various flavoured ones.

Mayvers peanut butter is the bet I've had, they used to sell it in my local woolies but they dont anymore
