congrats spritcha, that was amazing to watch. your final attempts looked like warmups for you!

good to have you on the forums man, all the best.

That was some nice lifting spritcha, I also liked the pre bench yell it was a good one.

What are you next goals?

Morgan if you weren't on the net, about 15kg heavier and 2 inches taller than me I would slap you one :D Screw it I would just do it anyways and hope to hell you are not a fast runner.

That's some awesome lifting Steve.

Looked like you didn't even have to try on the bench, it flew up.

You flatter me too much! I'm quite far off world class and there are plenty of other lifters who would have a better claim to 'world class' than I. The difference between the top lifters at the nationals on the day came down to all sorts of things, including luck, and on a different day they'd be others ranking higher than me.
Thanks for the compliments though! One thing is for sure- the quality of lifting in Oz, particularly in the 67.5kg, 82.5, 100 and 110 classes, is amazing!

Shorty, Nina wants me to ask you, why was your 225kg squat and 150kg bench red lighted?

225kg Squat: 2 red lights, wasn't standing fully upright at the end of the lift and from my own observation depth from one side
150kg BP: foot moved apparently

:)
