Natural Bodybuilding Tips

I don't post a log because i doubt my lifting is that interesting and I can't be bothered. My lifts are nothing special I still have a long way to go. I deadlifted 270 this week, I don't compete so my lifts may/may not be comp standard.

Im not gonna see you peaking through my window at night am I.
 
I don't bother with a log either... Do I have to post my lifts too??? I haven't squatted/deaded since November 2010 lol.
 
Jchen we all lift and discuss issues, I think you need to pump your brakes, it actually comments like yours that give me the creeps.

I don't agree with everything people say...
But we all have one thing in common, we exercise, which is good.
