You mean you dont have an AB King Pro????

I can get a prowler, but nowhere to use it, GHR is on the cards, I have Olympic DB handles, massive, can be made to any weight required. Big Nick gets them to 90kg for his Kroc rows.

We actually do push cars, no issue with neighbours, old school prowler lol

Heres a little vid of the current set up.

Cheers hyjack. Blocks are just higher than the KB handle, 35cm if I remember correctly.

Cheers M. Not sure what you mean with the bands.
I have 6 pairs. Black, purple, blue, red, orange, yellow.

They both work on similar principles Oliver, so not too much difference.

Bands are cheaper though.

Scott, your bands look like mine, one light orange one dark orange.

Add another 2x20kg and 2x10kg rubber oly plates. Total now just over 300kg. That should be enough for a while :p.........

Bar next, sus it out when I go down for nats.

You got ALOT of room to add alot more shit! - looks sick!

We got a few sets (all colours) of those bands for PowerSports - one of the best things we bought!

Yeh plenty of room at my house, and now in my wallet lol.

I just wish I had more room overhead, I can only JUST overhead press. I cant use the 20s cos they hit the roof lol.
Cant wait to get my own studio/shed next year.
