My Diet - Advice Wanted!

Hi Guys, here is the outline for my diet

I am currently 18, 173cm and weigh 72kg.

Breakfast:
4x Hard boiled eggs OR 4x Fried eggs on toast
Muesli
Yoghurt
Multi Vitamins
Omega 3
Smoko:
2x Tins of Tuna
Apple
Bannana
Nuts
Lunch:
Chicken Dish with Rice OR Pasta
Mass Gain Protein Shake
Omega 3
Multi Vitamins
Afternoon Smoko:
Apple
Bannana
Nuts
2x Tins of tuna
Pre-Workout:
Muesli
Post-Workout:
Mass Gain Protein Shake
Glutamine

Dinner:
Red Meat OR Fish OR Chicken
Vegetables
Chips OR Pasta
Multi Vitamins
Omega 3

Before Bed:
Casein Protein Shake
Glutamine

The only way I/we can tell if the 'diet' is good or not, is if the macronutrient (protein, carbohydrates and fats) breakdown is listed and food weights/amounts consumed. :)

you take multi vitamins 3 times a day wtf? Need to know your goals, do u want to lose or gain weight? whats your portions? "yogurt" is pretty ambiguous.. is it 2L tub? a cup? etc

Why so many multies:confused:

Have a good multi in the morning and if you want over kill on multis get the night multi as well, that's what I have been doing, and most would consider that over kill.

I have these in the morning, and I get them for $10 even at my local Priceline Pharmacy for 60 tabs (two months supply), they are about $18-25 in most other places:eek:

This is the night time one, it's called 'Men's Rest and Restore Night time Multi' I take one before bed, it costs me $19.90 for 60 tablets (again 2 months supply).
