Haha.

i use wolframalpha.com for finding nutritional value of most foods i eat, and have a spreadsheet which i log everything into

i just got onto myfitness pal yesterday but it estimates my calorie target at 2200 calories to gain weight, im eating on average around 3800 per day and am slowly gaining weight. if i ate 2200 i would be losing weight. it seems to have massively underestimated my metabolism
