Mole Removal

Went to Gp today about Mole Removal.Doctor didnt want to remove my mole because it was very benign. But he did give my other moles a good thorough check with the light and magnifying glass. Even went through my hair!
He said I would need to be reffered to a plastic surgeon (yes Groar you said that) otherwise it would leave a nasty scar worse than the mole.

I got a mole cut out of my neck a few months ago, nearly blacked out.

Lift weights, but am really a soft cock. Getting worse as I get older.

My dad is a tuff old bloke but faints when he get needles. We give him shit about being a big fairy.

Not sure. Might leave it and continue my Nicole Kidman-like sun protection scheme and learn to photoshop images lol

Had a Mole Scan a month or so ago. Dodgey looking Doctor freezes off half a dozen things here and there that I'd never seen. The obvious ones he just said "meh" and moved on.

Month later I notice one of the ones he said "meh" to had continued to grow. So I goes to a different Doctor (same place though) and he found 3 suspicious ones. He cuts them out, sends them away for testing, and by gee by jingo by crikey today I finds out they are cancerous so he freezes them.

Back in another few weeks for another fcken Mole Scan!!!

Are they bad cancer ones??

This is why I measure and monitor my own.
If they were definitely changing then I'd push harder to have them removed.

I was pushing to have one removed but no one would take it off because it's benign and would leave a big scar in an obvious place. I get mine checked every 6 months or an odd few at each visit.

Don't remember the technical names he gave them but he just froze them off. The first Doctor missed them during the first Mole Scan so I made sure I got the skin cancer specialist Doctor (works at the Hospital in the Skin Cancer Clinic as well apparently) when I went back a second time.

Yep, you got to keep on top of them. Skin cancers just pop up anytime hey.

if they aren't digging holes in you then it's not bad one! ;)

kaz; just noticed your pic at the top of the page. I had one cut out in the same place as yours, needed stitches afterwards. Did you feel the knife going in and it being cut out. Feels weird hey. Good thing I had a local anesthetic.

They refused to cut it out because it's benign. I organized a surgeon and everything. I used to hate it but just happy it's normal so it doesn't bother me now. A plastic surgeon would cost $500 just for the first visit.
I had one taken off my neck and that felt strange during the procedure!

I'm off to the plastic surgeon in a couple of weeks to get a BCC sorted at the back of my ear. Hopefully he doesn't have to go all chopper reid on it!

Depends on how deep it is. A friend had her BCC for almost 2 years and now has a 2 inch scar.

I don't really care about the scar, probably just because I can't see it. Don't know how long it's been there, maybe 6-12 months, just been the usual stubborn dude and not gone to the docs about it
