Hi all i have finally got myself into a good training routine 6 days a week could i get some help with meal plans i open my workshop at 8am close at 5pm and go to the gym at 7 30pm normally in bed by 10 30 Thanks guys. My aim is to build some muscel.
I'm certainly no authority on nutrition (I have, at best, a rudimentary understanding of these things), but reading the section on nutrition on the Starting Strength Wiki served as a good starting point. There's a meal plan on there too.
