Hey guys, looking at completing new macros. Anyways I need to find something that will fit this criteria (roughly)

200 - 300cal
46grams of protein
0 or <1 carbs
<5 fat

Only think I could really see that fit it was Whey, and I'm trying to find a substituent for it, prefer real food over powers. Cheers.

Was thinking Tuna / Chicken? But even then won't match calorie count.
 
Sorry little more fat with the oil but it's very little in terms of benefits. Eg. Good fats, taste of tuna
 
Thank you! It looks amazing! I was using the "anytime health" app previously and its American.. It was such a chore adding in custom foods. I can't wait to start using the new app tomorrow :)
