Karmichael Hunt Charged with Cocaine supply

Karmichael Hunt charged with supplying cocaine.

QUEENSLAND Reds rugby player Karmichael Hunt has been charged with supplying cocaine. The 28-year-old was arrested yesterday with three others. He faces four counts of supplying a dangerous drug.
Hunt was arrested along with a 24-year-old man from Burleigh Waters, a 27-year-old man from Mermaid Waters and a 22-year-old woman from Mermaid Waters after an investigation by the Crime and Corruption Commission.
The Queensland Reds this morning said they were unaware of the charges at this stage.

It is alleged they arranged for cocaine for personal use or to be passed on to friends or colleagues between June and December 2014. Hunt was playing AFL for the Gold Coast Suns during that time."During an investigation focused on a cocaine trafficking syndicate operating in South East Queensland, these four individuals were identified contacting the syndicate and arranging for the supply of cocaine," Queensland's Crime and Corruption Commission statement read."

It doesn't sound like much if its just possession and supply? I think its like its got to be over an oz before they can be charged with trafficking.

Supply carries a maximum 25 year prison term in Qld, so it's pretty serious.

However the piss weak Courts will probably just give him a slap on the wrist….
