Hungry in the gym

Going to look into some amino/dextrose mix to sip during workout

I used to mic BN BCAA's into my water bottle to sip on during training session. I like the flavour but never bought any more once it ran out as I saw no benefits that I considered worth while, will do nothing for hunger.
 
Yeah, I dink like a camel during training, go through 3 to 4 800ml bottles.

2.4 to 3.2 litres pre training session, that's huge, I would be bloated as fuck.

I think I properly drink too little, but even on a hot day I would struggle to drink 1 litre during a training session, generally have a tiny sip between sets, in cooler weather I will have nothing till after training.

I would be running to the toilet 10 times a day if I drank that much.
 
I drink maybe 500ml max - sometimes nothing - thats just going over the the bubbler between sets...cant drink a heap of water during training...once I am out though I'll drink 5,6,7L during the day.
