How much sleep?

Now, 7-8 is typical. However, once or twice a week I usually get 9-10 hrs. I find if that extra bit of sleep doesn't happen, I experience the effects as you describe above and feel generally 'beat up' from training.
 
Heard Arnold say he only slept 6 hours per night. People would say, but I need 8-9 hours. Arnold would reply, "sleep faster".
 
I try to get 8, but it's usually 7. I always have a couple of days where I can have up to 10 hours.
 
Ronnie Coleman says he only sleeps 5 and half to 6 hours a night. I assume thats the HGH in action.
But if Arnold used to sleep only 6 hours per night (pre HGH days), seems to be a pattern here?
