Cut back to one serve per day of about 50-60gms depending on what is required to meet macros.

Really don't like it anymore. :)

2-3 shakes a day to supplement training & add extra protein.
One shake at 9am, one after a workout then a slow release right before bed.

You don't still follow that slow release mumbo jumbo @taurus;

I do, call me a sucker...
Normal evening shakes would leave me hungry at 1-2am, this one gets me thru til breakfast. It tastes HORRIBLE though. Lesson learnt buying the non-flavoured stuff....

Yeah that non flavoured stuff can be vile.
Have you tried flavouring with Stevia? lot of people like it, I don't. I find it too bitter.

Usually only have to one shake pre training and eat after my training, not training days dont do shakes.

Well :p You said you have a shake pre training and you eat after training.. but then you said you don't do shakes on training days.. OOHH non-training days, you don't do shakes!

No worries ;) Is that because you don't think you need as much protein on non-training days?

Ah yeah i just read what i actually wrote and it didnt make too much sense,

So i have one shake pre training and then eat post training, whist on non training days (usually weekends) i dont have any shakes unless i go for a mountain bike early in the morning which i will have a shake pre ride.

I dont follow a theory on protein requirements on training/non training days just usually on weekends i dont eat very much, and thinking about it could be partly due to or a cause of my fucked metabolism...

During the week my diet is pretty good, but on weekends i am busy doing other stuff when not at work so usually go without meals etc etc, breakfast and dinner is pretty normal come weekends.

It is something i will have to work on.:)
