On average, what would be your weekly consumption of protein in powder form.
Generally speaking WPC or WPI.

I generally don't use alot. If we are talking grams of powder, 120g of WPI equating to 4 shakes a week.

I was going to post a similar Q today, more on money spent and or consumption per year. i'm about 20kg per year so.. 380g per week

I've been using over 1kg WPI per week for quite a while now.
4 x 40g in 250g milk every day.
But take no other supplements.

Just got you Oli - 160g...

I go about 1.5kg a week ATM as im using a mass gainer so like 750gm+ protein and 850gm+ carbs a week from powder . Come on size !!!

Anywhere from 200g to 500g from supplement protein.
Try and get it from meat as much as possible tho.
Would rather be having too much protein than not enough anyday.

Typically 2 x 30 shakes a day, although the weekend is normally just one larger shake of 50g.

So about 400g a week.

about 2-3 shakes a day. each shake has 1 and 1/2 scoop of whey. glutamine and creatine and i have it with nuts or macadamia nut oil.
