How much P/C/F are you ppl eating?

Hey mate,

I started a SS program 6/7 weeks ago with the aim to gain strength and size and I change my calories and macros between workout and rest days.

Workout Days: 3900 cals / 220 P / 310 C / 162 F
Rest Days: 2900 cals / 190 P / 110 C / 190 F

Don't get me wrong I am a NEWBIE to all this but I have gained 3kgs in nearly 2 months (.4 a week). Feel great and definitely stronger.

Come footy preseason I am hoping to shed off some the fat gained then... And hold onto muscle :)

You do a SH!TLO@D of cardio though so guessing that is slowing your gains down...
