I am new here and wanted to say hello and introduce myself.
My goals have been more focused on weight loss rather than building muscle as i had been overweight, I think I am ready to start working harder and thought this would be a great place for encouragement and support! cheers

Hi, New member intro

Hi Everyone,
My name is Jack and I am a pharmacist, 29 years old from the Gold Coast.
I do not currently train but I am extremely interested in supplements, formulation of supplements and finding products that actually work.

I also like to design my own with the best ingredients.

I joined Ausbb to see what supplements people like and what actually works.

My goal is to design one of the best supplements on the market!

Hello everyone,
I'm new to the site and body building in general. I've joined mainly to interact with others who enjoy the same things as I do, and for extra support and helpful information. I have lots of fat to lose before I will be even close to looking like the majority of you!! But I am determined to reach my goals and look forward to talking to you guys
Cheers, Tiger

Hi everyone,
As the name implies I was a 'fat chic' and am now one wanting to build muscle.
I've been told I have a good starting base and am currently wanting to ditch this 2 day split - which I do twice weekly.
I LOVE feeling DOM's and am still trying to work out how to best split / train.....I'm a lost soul lol!!

:p

I'm Zed

Hi, my name is Zed. Male over 40, been working out for about 10 plus years. made some good gains, but not enough. Haven't been all that strict with my diet due to shift work etc. Been researching peps for a few months (GHRP2 and Mod 129). The results are encouraging and have given me a renewed outlook in the gym - I am seeing results for my hard work finally!

Hi all,
I'm Rich from Brisbane, 33 male, lifted weights 10 yrs ago with no aim or idea, gave up in 2010. I'm joining the forum to learn from the experience of others here, after commencing a beginners strength program a few weels ago SL5x5 with some mods. I actually found AusBB after a search query on a guy named Mehdi I kept getting emails from. Ha ha, after reading all about it here (and unsubscribing from his emails) I thought it's worth registering for based on the depth of that discussion. Thanks for having me and see you around,

Rich

I would like to welcome you to the Ausbb- Australian BodyBuilding Forums, Good to have you all on board. Don't forget to start your own Training Diary. Your Training Diary will help you stay motivated and keep track of your progress. When you train alone sometimes it is hard to get help, guidance, inspirtation and motivation which is where the Ausbb forums and the Ausbb Training Diaries will help you with finding others with similar stats and allow you to interact with each other.

* Click here to start your own training log (don't forget to put a link in your signature to your training diary).
* Once you have started your Training diary click here to add it to the lists (order by weight and order by age) this helps other guys find your log

Joined to get a second option on a power rack at the following thread.

Started working out with a few dumbbells and second hand bench about a year ago, due to a recent bonus and my current bench been a little small to get the correct grip I have decided to upgrade my gear. I have limited space 2.6m by 4.5m so I decided moving to from a bench press to a power rack is money well spent.

Main goals are to increase bench and continue to lose weight so I can get more chin ups and dips in.

I'm 36, married with 2 kids. As a kid I idolised the bodybuilders of the 70's. obviously, Arnold's o the list, but other blokes included names like Big Louie and Frank Zane. As I hit my teens, I was a big fan of Shawn Ray and Kevin Lavrone. I ended up in the Army and was super fit, but never put on much size. Then, when I became a Dad and a civilian, I stopped making time to train. Several years on, I've realised I can't be happy without making time for myself, and that time is in the gym. So, let the evoloution begin.
