Gymnastics Rings

Buying some gear from cyberfit and noticed they have gymnastic rings for $45 anyone got a set hooked up their rack & do you rate em?

Worth noting they are again the cheapest supplier, when I checked price against the other go to gym equipment companies they were $75 with shorter straps vs. $45 from cyberfit.

Rapey has a pair of rings that are just on his rack. They work fine. I've used them for dips, flys, pushups, rows, tri extensions, random ab stuff... probably some others as well. l think my straps are pretty long, don't need 1/2 of it. l did pay $60 something from gym direct for the rings though....

I have a set hooked up also. I use them weekly, and handy for when I train HIIT in the local park area.
Rate highly.

I went away for works once for a month, had no gym access, I hung rings off a street sign and did a routine with them and other BW things 4 days a week...

First day back at gym I set a new PB on dead lift by 10kg!!!

If used right they are amazing for functional strength
