Hang for 30 Seconds, Pull-Up
Hang from a bar for 30 seconds. Aside from grip strength, the hanging test might highlight some shoulder and spinal issues.
Can you do that easily? Good.
Now try this: Hang from the bar for thirty seconds. When the timer rings, do a pull-up.
If you can do that...
Go on, list what you do to get those hammies blowing up like a sexc beast.

Ok girls I need some help here.
I wear tight black gym pants and am concerned that you can see the outline of my knickers through them.
I use to buy seam free ones which were comfortable and you couldn't see a thing but can't find now.
Is there a brand or style others recommend?

Buying some gear from cyberfit and noticed they have gymnastic rings for $45 anyone got a set hooked up their rack & do you rate em?
Worth noting they are again the cheapest supplier, when I checked price against the other go to gym equipment companies they were $75 with shorter straps vs. $45...
I have a set of muscle motion adjustable dumbbells but on a few plates the rings are coming out.
Is there anyway to somehow glue them back and get them to stay in? I thought about superglue but I'm concerned it will rot the rubber.
Don't have the money for a fixed set right now, need your help...
Has anybody had any experience with pull ups on rings vs on a straight bar?
Which do you think is easier?
Just wondering because I could only ever do about 15 strict bodyweight chin ups in the past.
I'm quite weak now from not training for about 2 months and tried some bodyweight chin ups on...
well i finally got a set of gym rings.
looking forward to setting them up this afternoon at home, and practising more to do muscle ups, front levers, and many other cool things. hopefully it will help increase my upper body and abdominal strength.
anyone else used them before?
