Gym belts

At 80kg you do not need a belt unless you have some underlying problems.

My missus has never weight trained and has an office job and within the first week she trained she hit a 100kg dead lift.

Been married to her for close to 20 years now and she has had two kids, so I have no doubts about her sexuality, but I believe unless the OP is a 15 year old girl or 70 year old pensioner or has some medical issues, harden up and pick the bar up off the ground, I am many years past my prime and considered old by many and dead lift 180kg without a belt.

I still think 180kg is a low number considering I saw my missus pull 100kg on her second or third workout ever:eek:
