I'm going up with Karen this weekend to scottys place to sit the exam and do the mini course.

Was sick of only 3 certified refs in capo nsw.. time to take matters in my own hands this time with gpc

Great stuff deep! Cant wait to see you in action.
If you need a hand with anything, just holla!

Some more info regarding the GPC Australia nationals.
Getting there and accommodation.

Please check out the bottom of our homepage for the info:

PTC Brisbane - home

Im going to sort the weigh in spot this week, hopefully will be at the venue.
Weigh in opens 24 hours before your flight takes to the platform.

Hope your training is going well, see you in June!

Scott if you can send or e-mail the flier I will put a few up at the local gyms,.... You never know, could attract a few more,..... Freaks lol.

My bench cost $2800, bars $500ea and my plates were $3000

I'm still going.

It's a national event mate, it's cheap for the lifting that's going to happen.

Countless national records and quite a few world records will fall.

Are the world records online anywhere? I have seen Nats on PTC website.
I went on GPC site and there was a 65page PDF document which confused the hell out of me!
Edit: I'm along way off breaking any world records! Lol

Anyone who argues the entry fee has obviously never put on a power lifting meet before.

Yeah there's another document that's 65 pages long, I downloaded it but it has European records, bench comp, raw, equipped everything. Will find link again.

GPC World & European Records as at January 2012 - this title @ this link

Second Page

That's is all I can find, there would have to be new records set since January.
