First warm up/prep workout (kinda) - still after a benchpress

Hey guys and girls.

Firstly hope this is the right spot for this post.

Had a quick workout today, all i done was

3 X 8 @25Kgs back Squat
3 X 10 @25kgs back squats
6 X 8 @25kgs Straight legged deadlifts
5 X 8 @25kgs Bent over Rows

Couldn't be bothered changing the weights as it was a warm up (been a while since i worked out) and thats what my brother had it at. Didn't do any military press as my shoulders are pretty weak and will start them when i start a proper routine to get 100% on form. I felt my shoulders and elbows when i was lifting the bar over my head onto my shoulders from the floor, a little worrying, but their probably just not used to the movement. I also got no bench for Bench press, which bring me to my question, no one sees anything wrong with;

Bench Press

Seems cheap and should suit my needs, will think about it over the weekend and hopefully order it Sunday night.
