Don't know if this has been posted yet, but Tom Martin just broke Ed's junior deadlift record pulling 350kg, Ed's record was 347.5kg. Looking at his frame he has plenty of room for growth, will defintly be one to watch out for in the future.

Also, if you see the first squat, was it deep enough? Might have been the angle but it looked parallel to me, but he got 2 reds.

Not sure why his first squat was a fail ??

He looked like he had heaps more in his bench... it went up so fast.

Damn he looks lanky. Imagine if he fills our more... Looks like he is very broad, just needs a bit more filling out and he will be a monster.

Is this guy from England? I think I remember him posting on bodybuilding.com forums ages ago and all these people calling him out about his lifts saying he wasn't big enough for those lifts and he must be using fake plates. If it is him he's a very good athlete too and covers 100m very quickly.

Yeah sounds like the same guy (he's english and an ex-runner).

Always spins me out to see someone who doesn't look like they were built for it end up really friggin strong. 350kg DL. Crazy.

Insane, at first I couldn't believe what I was watching because of how lanky he is the mind just doesn't comprehend it lol. I gather he's pretty tall and would be weighing in around the 100kg mark? So much room for growth, heaps of talent there. Lucky guy he should go far.

is this an actual world record? I ask because it looks like a local comp and IPF world records can only be set at nationals or international comps.

hard to imagine what he'll lift when he gets bigger. no way you'd want to stay at that weight with the potential he's got.

I don't think it has been ratified as yet.

If you follow his Jnl at Sugden Barbell it is pretty impressive.

Maybe he dosnt need to put on weight, he weighed the same when he pulled 300kg 14 months ago

+50kg in just over 1 year to 4x BW, gotta love that progress
