Eating at work 2 breaks only

Another good idea undercover thanks
I hope so taurus , ive just started back on the tools in civil construction so working out whats the best way sometimes is influenced by other people that are on the same page

I was wondering the same thing - does protein lose its 'protein' is blended, heated, baked, mixed etc?

I don't think the protein content changes, but the texture certainly does. I have made muffins with WPI in it before and they turned out stiff as cardaver.

I know what you mean, made these last week, like munching on cardboard covered in tar. Still went down a treat but.

Does protein in your steak go when you cook it? Nope

they denature. heat changes the structure of proteins.

'Only' two breaks a day??? Hahah, mate you're lucky! Most of us only get one!!
Prep your meals the night before. Have breakfast before you go. Have a shake in the car/esky/backpack for when you arrive at work.
Have your two meal breaks then a piece of fruit or another shake as you walk out the door to keep you going on the way home.
Make sure your meals are filling! It's all about the preparation

Im a steel fixer / concrete finisher
Im on a civil construction site atm , i may start taking a bit longer "bathroom" break and see what i can consume.

i was a formworker/steelfixer for a number of years building swimming pools.

you not wrong about the water intake...... Summer was a killer always

Bread rolls filled with roast beef or ham and salad got me through the day, About 4 of them

and tins of tuna
