Double Ply

Yer true true.

I'm an advocate of raw lifting and like a few on here have no interest in assistance, I don't see the point.

There is a huge difference between assistance and supportive gear. Having said that I know of people who consider a belt assistance gear. Chad Aichs says if you can't box squat 20lbs more in a belt then without it you're not using your belt right.

im with dan. if you need a belt or wraps then you might as well be wearing a triple ply suit :p

I have trained with both single and double ply. The double ply stuff adds another dimension of skill. I reckon in a double ply shirt I'd probably get another 20-30kg at least. Squat suits not sure- but probably more. The reffing I have seen at CAPO comps has been pretty good.

What double ply gear have you used Spritcha?

300 + 30 = Bostock territory. Im sure LOTS of poeple would turn up to watch the show down.

The reffing at CAPO is excellent, Im sure they would love to have you. One major advantage is you could lift with ProRaw and make a heap of cash while you're there. :)

I reckon to be truely raw you should be naked, in the snow, on the top of a mountain squating, benching and deadlifting mountain goats.
