Around my belly button I measure 33.5 inches, and I got the medium belt. It can go much wider than I need, maybe up to as much as 36inches, and so small that it would fit a child.
A medium would be perfect for 32-34.

My belt was bought back from the States by Adam in 1991 I think, so the sizing may have changed, but the stamping is XL

the inzer forever belt will last you a lifetime unlike the crappy toro belts

only reason i had to get a new one was because i outgrew my old favourite
