Crossfit laugh of the week

The ab rollers are good if you can maintain a neutral spine
Most people I see bend in half doing them and rely on their lower back/hip flexors instead of their abs
Painful just watching

Have someone watch your back for you. Also start on your knees and work from there till you are comfortable.

I think it might have been you that posted a progression for them (or some other online chap).

You can start with a swiss/stability ball and work from there

I think I did a little while back.

Anything higher/more stable is easier, knees first then on feet, from there work your way down.

lol. Classic.

I don't train cross fit but in all fairness, the average powerlifter would be out of breathe after about 7 seconds of doing that. Much like the average cross fitter probably can't dead anything over 100kg. Apples and oranges.

Culture of crossfit is you workout no matter what. If you've only got one leg, or are a cancer survivor or 43 weeks pregnant or a sore or got calluses or ad infinitum. This is great in a way. It gets people working out because they don't have any excuses to be slack.

But personal safety should definitely be considered lol.
