Creatine

Is it worthwhile using Creatine Mono as a beginner or more for an intermediate? At the moment I just use WPI.

Hey everyone i just started my first creatine cycle this week, im relatively skinny but toned and aiming to put on some size.

I'm using ON Pro-Complex Gainer + Bronx Wild Bull Creatine.

Anyone used this creatine before??
The guy at the shop told me to have it post-workout, but some sites say to have it pre-workout, whats the most effective way?

From my understanding creatine monohydrate takes a couple of hours to get through your digestive system and into your muscle tissue. Thus having it pre-workout could be redundant and would not have any effect or difference. However taking it post workout, will allow it to be metabolized quicker.

I've recently started my first cycle and that's what i've read. I take 5mg in the morning and 5 mg post workout. Correct me if im wrong.
 
Yeah but since Im at the beginning of my cycle Im loading for 4 days. The it's going to be 3-5g a day.
