I agree with your example. I think such fluctuations are easier to see when weighing daily (ie, you know if you are on a 'high' or 'low' weight day)

A bit like the stockmarket, that chart, isn't it....

You know you're losing weight when your current high days are lower than previous high days.
And you're gaining when your current low days are higher than past low days.

Oh and I forgot to mention, Good luck with it mate! :)

Thanks mate :)

Hopefully it (the stock market) will turn around when I start gaining then!!

Yeah, that's pretty much the metric I use to monitor whether I'm gaining or losing too.

The thing is, its going to be a lot harder to tell when I'm only trying to gain about 0.5kgs a month. It was easy to tell when I was losing weight, as I was aiming for 0.5kgs per week. But 0.5kgs per month is far harder to monitor. I might try taking a weekly and monthly average of my weight and see how that tracks, as well as my daily weight.

I think PST is experiencing some strong resistance at the 90 mark and it appears that support levels will hold strong.
Look for a slow and steady rally from here, a good long term prospect for gains.
