Breathing Squats

The breathing squats routine featured in the PTC newsletter issue 92 is

breathing squats 1x20
bench press 2x7
romanian deadlift 1x20, 1x10
military press 2x7
t-bar row 3-4 sets

Is the weight for the romanian deadlifts the same for both sets and would i do warmup sets for every exercises?

When I did a slight variation of this program AT PTC we would use the same weight for RDL as we did for the squat
eg if you squatted 75kg x 20 you would do both sets of deadlifts with 75kg

and for good measure check out this vid lol

Have you seen the Jesse Marunde video?

I've seldom done 20 rep's as a stand alone exercise, but placeing twenty rep's at the end of a session of 5x5 or 10, 8, 6 system- as a back off set has and is serving me well.

No,

I am sorry I was not born in the 18th century.

Thanks for clearing that up though.
