I am so glad you learnt the two most important things from me that I could ever teach.

The proper use of swiss balls and how to add and eliminate cardio from your training. Consequently they merge together if used correctly.
 
Cardio = Standing.

Swiss Balls = a chair to sit on.

Conditioning = lifting heavy shit on a regular basis.

Getting Massive = progressive overload when lifting heavy shit.

Abs = 100 crunches a day........wait WTF

One can maintain continual lat spread by pretending they are carrying two big rolls of carpet under each arm.

Perhaps you need to spend more time being , rather than thinking.
