Arghhhhh didn't do the crawl.
Hill had some traffic on it yesterday. Being so close to the water, people were coming & going all arvo. Also my friend pulled out last minute. Damn dawg.

So I did 12 full hills with 10 push-ups at the top each time.
Then 5 half hills. Swim/wade after was lovely. Could've slept all day today, it knocked the shit out of me.

So good doing cardio and then being able to jump in the sea - so keen to do that when I am away....cant wait

Clubs - ring dips (2-10)
Spades - tricep dips (2-10)

All Kings - 400m run
All Queens - 5 handstand attempts
All Jacks - 21s w/22kg plate
All aces 30 sec plank

55 reverse chins, 55 sit-ups, 55 ring dips, 55 tricep dips. 1.6km run, 20 handstands and 60 biceps curls. No rest longer than picking up the next card.

I'm abit tired now, but good.

1 min rest and did it all again

Because running 400m flat out isn't hard enough, you have to take some dumbbells for a ride as well. Crazy MoFo!!!

PS: can you describe what mean by handstand attempts, please? (sounds interesting)

Ha! Just mixing it up. I read about guys training for the SAS carrying pipes and stuff while trainjng, so I thought I'd grab something while I ran. It makes your arms sting lol

Handstand attempts are exactly that. I am trying to teach myself handstands! Have checked all the YouTube vids and even asked my daughters gymnastics coach for a few pointers. So I do them against the wall for now and hold for a few seconds. It's crazy actually that they do take a bit out of you!!

Walk to bottom of hill was rest period.
Light swim at beach after was nice. Calves are rooted
